  1. Your business, Coaching For Quality, focuses mainly on helping baby boomers overcome the challenges of raising grandchildren.  This is a very unique group of coaching clients.  How did this all come about? (1 minute)

  2. You are called “The Grandcoach.” From where did that originate? (2.5 minutes)

  3. The statistics on the number of grandparents who are raising grandchildren are very overwhelming.  What can you attribute to this growing family issue? (1 minute)

  4. This must have some impact on the grandchildren.  How are they affected by the change in their environment? (1.5 minutes)

  5. Your business focuses on helping baby boomers overcome the challenges of raising grandchildren. What types of challenges can this situation create for grandparents? (1.5 minutes)

  6. There is definitely an impact on the grandparents and the grandchildren in these situations.  Are other people impacted as well? (1 minute)

  7. Baby boomers born between the years of 1946 and 1964 would put them around the ages of 45 to 63.  Are there grandparents who are older who may need your services, and do you offer assistance for them as well? (1 minute)

  8. In your e-book, you have a section devoted to helping grandparents get assistance.  Where should grandparents go to get assistance? (2.5 minutes)

  9. In your e-book, you have a section on understanding children’s temperament. How important is this in family relationships? (2 minutes)
